Enthusiast Hires New Gaming Sales Team

Capping a busy 30 days of acquisitions and announcements, Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc.  today recruited an executive sales team to further monetize the company’s platform of websites, YouTube channels, eSports teams, and streaming influencers. 

With a broad knowledge of the gaming and tech sectors, the following three newly hired sales team members will work on upcoming promotional and direct marketing campaigns for Enthusiast: 

• Jon Dwyer – SVP Head of Sales and Special Partnerships (formerly Managing Director of Aereus Technologies)
• Amanda Rubin – VP Sales East Coast (formerly Manager of East Coast Sales for EA)
• Rob Frohling – VP Sales West Coast (formerly Senior Account Executive of Digital Advertising Sales for Sony Pictures Television and PlayStation)

Commenting on the added value that current and future clients can expect with the addition of the sales team, Enthusiast President Menashe Kestenbaum stated: 

That team will focus on building up existing North American offices in Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles and increasing the company’s programmatic advertising revenue, which currently boasts 30 billion ads per month. 

Advertising is currently playing a heavy role in monetizing eSports related content, whether from direct streams of gaming events and championships or the Twitch and YouTube channels of streaming influencers. 

Live views across the major streaming platforms have skyrocketed in the past year, with gaming enthusiasts viewing more than 740 million additional hours of content from 2018 to 2019. 

In other Enthusiast Gaming Holdings news, the company just closed on the acquisition of Steel Media Limited, gaining access to 20 separate mobile gaming websites and a variety of business-to-business focused mobile game conferences. 

That buyout follows Enthusiast’s merger with J55 Capital Corp, Luminosity, and Aquilini GameCo Inc last month, as well as the acquisition of online content portal The Sims Resource.
