The Company&#8217;s SDRs will commence trading on Nasdaq First North at market open (<span class=\"xn-location\">Sweden<\/span>\u00a0local time) on\u00a0<span class=\"xn-chron\">March 21, 2025<\/span>, under the symbol &#8220;FNMC SDB&#8221; with the ISIN SE0023847785.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">A Company Description was prepared in connection with the application for the admission of the SDRs to Nasdaq First North. The Company Description has been approved by Nasdaq Stockholm and is available on FNM&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Nasdaq First North is a natural choice for FNM&#8217;s secondary listing, aligning with the Company&#8217;s strategic focus on expanding its presence in\u00a0<span class=\"xn-location\">Sweden<\/span>.
