(TSX: LGO) (NASDAQ: LGO) announced voting results from its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, June 30, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 50,187,930 common shares were voted at the Meeting, representing 77.4% of the Company\u2019s issued and outstanding common shares.
