Dan Bilzerian’s Ignite Brand Expands Into the UK

Ignite International Brands Ltd. is expanding into the UK market after tying up a deal with London-based distributor Taylor Mammon & Nathan Ltd.

The firm does not cultivate its own marijuana, but teams up with high-quality white-label producers to source CBD and THC for its lines.

Dan Bilzerian, one of the world’s most successful professional poker players, set up Ignite in a bid to create a market-leading global cannabis brand. He has more than 40 million social media followers and he has helped drive huge awareness of Ignite since it launched last year.

The firm does not cultivate its own marijuana, but teams up with high-quality white-label producers to source CBD and THC for its lines. They include cannabis flower, vape pens, CBD drops, and even CBD toothpicks.

Taylor Mammon is a family business in northwest London that specializes in producing white-label CBD applications, from bath bombs to lip balms. It offers manufacturing and distribution and it has experience in creating vaping, beauty products, cosmetics, edibles, beverages, supplements, and lifestyle wellness products, all infused with CBD and all retail ready for the UK market.

London Calling for Ignite

The UK legalized medicinal cannabis sales last year, although extremely stringent NHS guidelines have prevented doctors from prescribing it to all but a handful of patients. Yet CBD wellness products are sold throughout the country, in health stores, pharmacies and supermarkets, and it is one of the trendiest health fads right now.

International Expansion Gathers Pace

Bilzerian is not the only social media superstar promoting the brand, as the likes of Cardi B, Jai Paul, and Nikita Dragon have also posted about it. It also benefits from huge billboard advertising in California as Ignite devotes all of its attention towards brand building.

The firm is based in Vaughan, Ontario, and it has already secured widespread distribution in California and Nevada for its products, while it boasts thriving direct-to-consumer e-commerce offerings too. It believes that Bilzerian’s social media reach, influence and passion for cannabis will allow Ignite to establish itself as the first truly recognized global cannabis brand.

Taylor Mammon will serve as Ignite’s white-label partner as it targets other markets across Europe that have legalized medicinal marijuana. Europe is expected to be the world’s largest cannabis market soon, with huge sales in Germany, the Netherlands and Italy and significant growth expected in countries like the UK.

Taylor Mammon chief executive David Taylor said that Ignite is “without a doubt a spectacular company” and tipped it to create “a giant footprint” in the global CBD industry. He is excited by the potential of the relationship for his firm and the opportunity to serve as the fulfilment provider when Ignite launches a rest of the world e-commerce platform in Q3 2019.
